These terms govern your access to and use of AnimalProtech.Bio. By creating an account, publishing a profile, submitting a form, or visiting the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

  • If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
  • You must be able to form a binding agreement or have permission from a parent, guardian, or authorized organization representative.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.

The service

  • AnimalProtech.Bio provides public profile, link-in-bio, campaign, messaging, analytics, verification, QR, and animal profile tools.
  • We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including free, beta, or experimental features.
  • You are responsible for keeping profile information accurate, lawful, and up to date.

Your content

  • You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant AnimalProtech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt for formatting, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service.
  • You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload, including photos, documents, logos, names, animal records, and campaign materials.
  • Public profile content may be visible to anyone and may be shared or indexed outside the service.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, deceptive fundraising, impersonation, harassment, threats, spam, malware, scraping, security testing without permission, intellectual-property infringement, or content that exploits people or animals.
  • Do not publish intentionally false animal welfare, veterinary, rescue, adoption, or donation information.
  • Do not upload sensitive personal documents unless a product flow requests them for verification or a specific feature.

Donations, campaigns, veterinary, and animal information

  • Profile owners are responsible for campaigns, donation links, adoption information, veterinary schedules, and all commitments they make to visitors.
  • AnimalProtech is not a charity escrow, payment intermediary, veterinary provider, emergency service, or party to transactions between profile owners and visitors unless expressly stated.
  • Veterinary and animal care information on the service is informational and does not replace advice from a qualified professional. For emergencies, contact a local veterinarian or emergency service.

Verification and moderation

  • Verification may require documents or other proof and does not guarantee endorsement, legal status, service quality, fundraising legitimacy, or animal care outcomes.
  • We may refuse, revoke, or change verification status, remove content, restrict visibility, lock features, or suspend accounts when needed for policy, security, legal, product integrity, or safety reasons.

Free service

  • AnimalProtech.Bio is currently provided free for animal protectors.
  • Some features may still require account verification for trust and safety, not payment.

Third-party services and links

  • The service integrates with third-party providers and may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, terms, or actions.
  • Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Disclaimers and liability

  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted access, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnimalProtech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or third-party conduct.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

  • You can stop using the service at any time. You may request deletion through the available account, help, or official contact channels.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, legal reasons, inactivity, or actions that create risk for users, animals, organizations, or the platform.

Governing law and updates

  • These terms are governed by the laws applicable to AnimalProtech operations, unless mandatory local law gives you additional rights.
  • We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after the updated date means you accept the updated terms.
